Our doctor’s assistants are registered veterinary technicians (RVT’s), CVA’s (Certified Veterinary Assistants) or experienced veterinary assistants and will make sure that your pet gets the personalized care that you expect. You will meet one of our friendly, experienced doctor’s assistants when your pet arrives for a medical appointment. Our doctor’s assistants, also referred to as “Client Education Specialists”, will take your pet’s history, weight, and vital signs. They will also prepare your pet’s immunizations and any medications that your pet may need to take home. While reviewing your pet’s treatment plan, they can answer any questions that you may have on preventative medicine and our veterinary services. Our doctor’s assistants work closely with our veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and customer service team to coordinate your pet’s visit.
